Rachel and Allen Willis, married for ten years, reside in North Richland Hills. Both enjoy sailing, travel to the Caribbean, visiting National Parks and historical air museums, and share a passion for cars. Rachel’s is a green SRT8 Challenger and Allen is restoring a 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass.
After growing up in Keller, Rachel earned her MBA from Texas Wesleyan University. She is the VP of Finance for Fort Worth-based ID Technology - Pro Mach. Rachel leads the company’s integration team and enjoys process improvement in their nine manufacturing plants.
Allen, a Grand Prairie native, spent a few years in Fredericksburg before graduating from TSTC in Waco. He has designed custom well service equipment for many years in addition to several patented items for the Euless-based steel division of Commscope. Recently he started mechanical design firm, ADW Design.
Parents, Clyde and Sandra Carter, are retired from the Bureau of Engraving and Printing and Birdville ISD. After completing restoration of their 1970 Mach 1 Mustang, they enjoy local car shows and traveling with friends and family. Brother, Brandon, and his wife, Melissa, are writers in NYC with three published children’s novels, and also owns a computer consulting firm.
