The Heflin Family

Following their desire to live closer to children and grandchildren, Steve and Tricia Heflin closed the doors of their San Antonio business of 28 years, Steve Heflin Architect/Builder, and moved to the Ft. Worth area. They say 35 years of marriage, divine direction, and their combined skills sparked the idea of creating a Wedding Chapel and Event Venue with unique style and beauty.
Searching the Ft Worth countryside for the perfect property, landed them just outside historic Weatherford, on a 21 acre farm complete with restored 115 year old farmhouse. A hint of rolling hills, natural springs, and wooded acreage practically begged to be the place their dream would be built! Dreams became reality, as The Brooks at Weatherford, opened its doors October 2014.
Steve and Tricia are pictured here with Chris, Jenni (daughter), Kaden, Addie, Averi, and Kennedi Graebe, as well as Weston (son), and Beth Heflin. Jenni and family live in Keller, where Chris is Campus Pastor for Life Church. Weston and Beth live in Nashville, TN where Weston owns and operates a production company, Strange Bird Media.
