Malcolm and Carol Ann Tallmon were both born and raised in Fort Worth and attended Poly High School, although ten years apart.
Carol Ann has been breeding and raising llamas for over thirty years. She has been superintendent of local, regional and national shows including the llama division at the Fort Worth Stock for twenty years and organized the National Sale for fifteen years. She has one of the top show strings in the U.S. and has shown across the country.
Malcolm was President of Fortune Industries, one of the leading aerospace fastener distributors, from 1964 until 1999 when he sold the company. He and partner, Clarence Dowdy, owned Glen Garden Golf and Country Club until the sale in 2014 to TX Distillery. Malcolm served as State President of the Texas JC’s from 1970 to 1971.
Carol Ann and Malcolm reside on their ranch in Parker County.
